Marketing and Business Development Director- Tanya Egerton
With over 10 years experience in business development and marketing for the hair and beauty industry Tanya brings a wealth of knowledge and skills. Working with some of the most well regarded companies, including TONI&GUY and Wella Professionals, Tanya delivers creative solutions that have been proven to succeed.
Experience in all areas of the industry including; education and academies, product companies and product launches, new salon openings, franchise groups and growing existing business within the hair and beauty industry. In 2007 and 2008 Tanya was recognised for her outstanding achievements, winning an award for Marketing Excellence, issued by the International Fellowship of Hairdressing.
Responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of each client project, ensuring that the overall mix between creative, media and strategy are integrated in a way that builds brand equity and meets key objectives.
Offical member of Hair and Beauty Australia - the peak body representing the hair and beauty industry in Australia.
Director of Photography - Amber Toms
Director of Photography, Amber Toms is an Australian photographer with over 12 years experience. Working internationally Amber has shoot all over the world, including Australia, UAE, Europe and Asia for leading haircare and beauty companies such as Wella Professionals, Redken, American Crew, Face of Australia Cosmetics, Tourism Queensland and several hair industry publications.
Her strengths lay in Beauty, Hair, Fashion and Lifestyle, she has worked with some of Australias' most renowned hairstylists including Kevin Murphy, and 2010 Australian Hairdresser of the Year Joey Scandizzo, producing award collections. Amber has a list of work published in well known consumer and trade publications.
Amber’s clean commercial work captures timeless beauty and confidence. Her photographic images captivate all that is immaculate, colorful, and magical and pays sharp attention to detail, precise lighting, and a strong yet refreshing visual sense. Ambers work can range from strong and edgy high fashion to soft and ethereal, poetic and pensive.
